The AESS serves a community of singers, pianists, actors and composers who enter our competitions to further their careers. Our membership is open to anyone who supports our work through an annual subscription.

We aspire to be a welcoming association and we actively encourage competitors and membership from as diverse a background as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, age, health, culture, disability, ethnicity, economic circumstances, faith, gender identifications and neurodiversity.
